Our Story

My business is to raise awareness around Mental Health through the sale of Mental Health products. All of the products are focused around Mental Health, so with each purchase made, more and more people will become aware of how important Mental Health is. This is for anyone struggling with Mental Health and those who know of someone going through struggles and are showing their support.

My vision for Brave is to bring awareness and show support around Mental Health and Mental Wellbeing, to break the stigma and to show people that it is okay to talk about how you really feel, to show your true emotions, to show it is okay to reach out for help when you need it, to show that there is no judgment.

Having been through Depression and Anxiety myself and coming out of it as a survivor, I found the need to help and encourage others who are going through the same thing.
